Fidelity Real Estate
was established in 1993 to serve our commercial and residential clients in the Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland
real estate markets. Our company is based on a foundation of 30 years of residential sales and
construction experience as well as a 25 year presence in the commercial real estate marketplace. Over
the years Fidelity has established an outstanding reputation with clients, developers, and Realtors for our product knowledge
and integrity. Fidelity is owned and operated by Mark Ries, Principal Broker. He resides in North Arlington with
his family.

Fidelity Residential provides Buyer Agent Representation services for the buyer, and for the seller we provide Exclusive
Listing (For Sale) services. Our fee structure is 33% below the industry standard for qualified clients. We
have been involved with over $110 million in residential sales transactions since our inception.
Fidelity Commercial provides Tenant Representation Services to clients looking to lease or renew an office or retail space. We
have successfully negotiated in excess of $120 million in sales and office leasing transactions.
